Our Chicago Bauhaus and Beyond holiday pot luck party was held tonight at the fabulous modernist masterpiece – the Schweikher house in Schaumburg, IL, built in 1937. CBB event coordinator Lou Zucaro brought this festive tree (inspired by Charles Phoenix and old recipes) Lou says it was mortadella, provolone and peppered salami. Notice the “snow” at the bottom done with marshmallows of different sizes.
