An event of interest: CBB member architect Don Wrobleski will give a free talk on six homes in the Deerfield area that represent the growth of Modernism. The talk will be held at the Deerfield Library, 920 Waukegan Rd, in collaboration with the Deerfield Area Historical Society. Don’s own home (photo above) was the site for one of our annual holiday parties and is featured in the book Julius Shulman: Chicago Mid-Century Modernism. Starts at 7 pm.
